It's core is composed of metallic substances and pieces of carbon and metallic hydrogen that form Corusca Gems. The Yavin Space Station is only available in the PC Edition. Instead the player can visit the Yavin Space Station which orbits the planet. Planet Yavin cannot be visited in the video game Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic or the later released Sith Lords.
